Fena Lee

Part-time designer, part-time medical student, full-time bookworm Little Red Dot

Fena Lee was born on – and still lives in – the tiny island of Singapore, one degree north of the equator, on the fifteenth of October, 1995.

She graduated North Spring Primary School as third in the cohort in 2007, studied Biology, Chemistry, Math and History in Dunman High School, one of the top 5 schools in the country and attained six distinctions for A-Levels in 2013. She is currently an undergraduate medical student in the National University of Singapore.

Over a span of four years, she has had a collection of nearly 1500 design works, pro-bono or otherwise (goodness, how did that happen?). She also runs ReCovered, which is a non-profit project that makes new covers for public-domain books that can then be downloaded for free. 20% of all funds raised here go to Singapore's Community Chest (what’s that?), while the rest are poured into the proverbial biscuit tin.

For NaNoWriMo or your own satisfaction, basic free covers are available here. For print-ready book jackets and Createspace covers, a professional service to request is available for USD$100, with the choice of up to 3 different covers at print quality of 300DPI. More details are available here.

You can sign up for the mailing list to receive not-so-weekly updates of covers, as well.

If you wish to support her in raising her University fees, please donate to the email account on the right through paypal.
